Filling up the post of Assistant Director (Urdu), Sr. Translator (Urdu) and Typist (Urdu) on short term ad-hoc deputation basis in the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
1. Name of the Post : Assistant Director
2. Classification of the Post : General Central Service Group ‘B’ Gazette, Ministerial.
3. Scale of Pay: Rs.15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade pay of Rs.5400.
4. Eligibility Conditions: Officers under the Central Government or Union Territories or Administration or Autonomous .
Essential: Master degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Urdu with English as a subject at the Degree level, Or Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in English with Urdu as a subject at the Degree level.

- Name of the Post : Senior Translator-(Urdu)
- Classification of the Post : General Central Service Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted, Ministerial
- Scale of Pay : Rs.9300-34800 (PB-2) with Grade Pay of Rs 4600/-
- Eligibility Conditions : Officers Under the Central Government of State Government , Master’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent in English with Urdu as a subject at the Degree level

1. Name of the Post: Typist (Urdu)
2. Classification of the post General Central Service Group ,C’ Non-Gaze dded, Ministerial
3. Scale of Pay : Rs 5200-20,200/- (PB-1) with Grade pay Rs.1900/-
4. Eligibility Conditions : Holding analogous s Posts or Group ‘D’ employees of the Central Government in the pay scale of Rs 5200-20,200/-with Grade pay of Rs. 1800/- .
