Filling up the post of Record Officer in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas re-circulation.
The post of Record Officer in the Ministry by transfer on deputation basis. The Post of Record Officer is Group ‘B’ Gazetted (Ex- cadre) and carries the pay scale of 6500-200-10500/- (per-revised) and revised pay Band – 2 ( Rs: 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs 4800/- The period of deputation would not ordinarily exceed three years.
2. The eligibility and essential as Prescribed for the post are as under:
a) Eligibility :
i) Officers of Central Government holding the analogous post.
ii) Assistants of CSS who have rendered 8 years regular service in the grade.
iii) The maximum age limit shall not exceed 56 years on the closing date.
b) Essential :
The candidate should have successfully completed training in Record Management organized by the institute of Secretarial Training and Management (ISTM).
